lol you can try by moving to a remote location. From what I've seen on this forum, Edmonton (and maybe Calgary) seem to be the only CPCs that schedule oath the same day as the test, probably because relatively less number of applicants in Alberta. Someone also mentioned that Mississauga used to do it ? But I haven't seen that.

It's too bad that they don't do this in the first place. Assign test/oath on same day to everyone. Anyone who failed the test, will get another retest/oath date.

You don't have to move anywhere. Assign CIC Ottawa to GTA applicants and vise versa.

Right-click, and save to your computer. Then open with Adobe pdf reader, not with a web browser.

Not sure how that would work. We don't get to choose the CPC where we are processed without making a formal request. If a GTA applicant changes their address to Ottawa, their file will be transferred to the Ottawa CPC. Or if a GTA applicant applies with their home address in Ottawa, then Ottawa CPC will be assigned by default.

IRCC chooses the CPCs based on our home postal code.

I know that. It's all wishful thinking. Nothing more.

Anyone knows How people get finger print requests or Questionnaire requests does that show on the ecas or by letter or by email?:cool:

FP shows up on ECAS, but does not mention the word "Fingerprint Request" explicitly. All it says is that some correspondence has been mailed out to you.

From what I've seen on this forum, RQ is not reflected on ECAS.

You can recommend your suggestions to IRCC, because applicants cannot change IRCC's procedures.

Does any have any idea when they will start working on November Applicants (i.e. Test Interview/Date)? I average May/June so just wanted to know if everyone thinks the same.

I plan to go out of country for vacation in April and hoping that it doesn't land during that time.

Thanks!

I just had a phone call to do Finger print request and that it will be sent to me by mail .. I checked the Ecas in the morning and now after the call nothing shows more anyway will have to wait for the letter before doing the finger print

Any idea if that means getting the test invite is too soon ?

Only the IRCC agent who is processing your app can give you that answer. There are too many variables to even speculate.

depends on your location and which office is processing your application! Check the avg times in the spreadsheet.
