On ECAS, I am using Client ID Number to search for my application updates. Do we type the ID number with a hyphen (-) or without?

OR

2) 12345678

It should be like this 12345678

No space and no hyphen

I just got a confirmation that the process is messed up. They replied to my inquiry i sent last week that they couldnt locate my application.

So i strongly advise October applicants to wait no more and resubmit a new one or you're just wasting your time waiting.

Can you please tell me how did you sent your inquiry? Is it by email?
My app was received on Oct 18th and no AOR yet.

It's up to you, you can either send a new app or wait one more month before you send a new app.
