1. Although it's not required in the checklist, it's still required in the "Gather the documents". You can provide copy of PR card for sure.

2. Both photos should be stamped and show your name.
I think you mean either PR card copy or confirmation of PR

Physical Presence Calculator is just not moving , everyone else in the same boat?

I don't see any reason why not. I'm listing toll free no. and company HR email - it is not practical to give a single contact name if you are working for bigger companies; they even mention same on employment confirmation letters as well.

That make sense. This is a frustrating form. Just wanted to clarify. Thanks!

sorry about the payment issues, had the same problem :( :( please let me know how it gets resolved
does the company you worked have a website? you can take the contacts from there if you don't know anyone anymore who works there

Thanks for your feeling! I am not so much worried about the payment. I will make another payment and dispute older payment if posted. Shouldn't be a big problem as I work for the same bank I used the credit card from, lol
I was much worried about Q 11. I guess I will find some generic number and contact to fill up.

Exact same situation here - very frustrated... I want to make another payment (and dispute the original one), but first of all - the payment application times out every few minutes. Secondly, Ièm afraid they will mess up the dispute and will cancel the second payment amd my application will be returned.
Placed note fewer than 50 calls today to CIC... they just hang up every time!

thag may very well be, i hope in the morning we all have nice receipts in the email :)

i'm glad :) never disputed payments from the bank before, only from vendor; good to know it could be possible
still, it's bad, imagine a family of 4 who could pay around 1500$ and had error, do they really have the means to pay again 1500$ credit right away; they should have been more prepared for this high volume

I'm nearing the end of assembly of our family's application package.

One final step remains--- fee payment.
Following advice on the thread, I logged in to my IRCC online service account before fee payment so that I can fetch the receipt when the system times out after receiving my fee payment.

One thing I see on the fee payment page is a Quantity. Does this mean I can purchase 4 at a time? If I do this, how do I associate each of the 4 fees with their respective family member's Client ID #?

Pay all fees together in one transaction and attached copy of receipt with the package.

I just spent 12 hours negotiating the timeouts. I sometimes spent 3 or 4 attempts re-entering an absence record. When it timed out, I would ctrl-R reload the page. Sometimes the data input would get resent. Sometimes now and I'd have to re-enter. Brute force and persistence is the only means I found that successfully completes the data entry. It just takes a VERY long time reloading the page and re-entering the data. But eventually, it all got in there. For all four of us. about 50 absences x 4 people.

Queston - the 5 year window starts 11-Oct-2012 ,but if you have left Canada before that then do you enter that date or 11-Oct-2012 in the first date of the calculation?
