Please update the spreadsheet. I received "In process" on Dec 18th.

I applied for myself and a minor in one application, when I check ECAS for the minor there are only 2 lines, there is no "In Process", but on mine there is, and its like same application they are together, is this normal?

Same with me as well (me and two minors). I think it should be normal since we have applied as family.

Hello Friends,

I will become eligible to apply for citizenship on Jan 18 2018. I had 2 quick question w.r.t application form.

1. Question 9c is confusing me. I lived outside of Canada on vacation but I wasn't a Crown Servant. So what are you guys filling for this question.

2. Question 12b the fact that I am required to file taxes for 2017. But, I am unable to do it until Feb 26 2018. Coz that's the date when CRA opens e-filing for year 2017.

In both above cases should I just write up an explanation letter to CIC or just mark "NO" in question 9c. and question 12b mark "YES" for "Required to File" & "NO" for "Taxes Filed" and assume that CIC people are smart enough to understand this.

I am gonna say NO for required to file for 2017, sorry if I am confusing you but thats what this document says "Also, applicants who submit their application early in the calendar year would not have been required to file taxes yet for the previous calendar year."
