Citizenship application- Tax year 2023 questions

Under the Residence and tax section of citizenship application there are 2 yes/no questions for Tax year 2023.

1. Did you file taxes for this year?
2. Were you required to file taxes for this year?

As I will not be filing my 2023 personal taxes before April 2024, do I answer 'no' for 1 and 'yes' for question 2? I am pretty sure people who applied in early January last year had the same issue.
