Yes, you should get an AOR(acknowledgement of receipt) within I'd say 2-3 months. Either by mail or email. If you get it by email, you won't have access to eCAS (for some unknown reason), if you get it by mail you should have access to eCase around the same time. Eitherway, If you get the AOR it means your application is complete and won't be returned for missing docs or info.
