Citizenship Application - Should stamped pages in passport be included in application?

Hello,

I have two questions as it relates to the online citzenship application and haven't been able to see the answer online but just want to make certain i'm doing the correct thing and the pages aren't actually required.

1) As it relates to the travel document (passport)- am i suppose to upload stamped pages of the passport as well as the bio data page or is it just the bio data page?
On the online portal it says the following - "The bio page(s) has your information (for example, name, photo and date of birth). If your document has more than 1 bio page, upload them all as 1 file."

2) Should the receipt from the photo studio be uploaded?

1) Just the bio page as requested in the system, but I uploaded my entire passport pages under "optional documents"
2) No, you don't need to upload the receipt from photo studio
