Citizenship application: Require more info from CBP

Hi, I was invited for personal interview as part of my citizenship application and just came out of the meeting. I had gone to US in 2023 for 10days and was told they don't have records showing that I returned back to Canada from that trip. I showed them airline ticket and I-94 records but they said they still need to get confirmation from US CBP.

They got my approval to contact CBP on my behalf and asked to wait for next email.

Do you know how much time CBP would take to respond to IRCC ?

In my citizenship application, except physical presence everything else is completed. It's almost 7 months since I applied.

Did you do that in person? I’ve many trips to USA too but I attach the i94 record and ATIP record for exit and entry record

Yes, it was in person. I showed i94 during the interview and flight ticket too. But agent said they still need confirmation from CBP.
