Citizenship application processing time - June 2019

Hi Everyone,
I am applied for my canadian citizenship in June 2019 and my application turned to "in process" in oct 2019. It has been more than a year and half since I have applied for my citizenship and it is still in process, I am posting to see if anyone is in the same boat and also to get some ideas of how long more the wait might last?

When was you Aor? As it was more than 1 year suggest calling 18882422100 and ask for an update.

We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on August 19, 2019. - I believe this is AOR? If so I received it on aug 19th.
I couldn't connect to an agent at all even after waiting for hours, and then submitted a webform, they just came back saying that it is still in process.

I am in same boat. However I applied in 2018 and first my file got sidetracked by the officer. Till now I don't any sort of communication. Every time I call IRCC, the agents always say we have taken necessary steps. Till date, I am not sure how much time further it will take. This process is so frustrating

@fireball88 I don't know, they just told me that it was mistake on their end
