Citizenship Application Online payment question

I am applying for my wife's canadian citizenship but I used my Credit Card for paying her application fees online. It says on the receipt to provide the Payer information: Name, Client Date of Birth, Address, Postal Code, Area Code and Telephone.

Do I need to put MY information in this receipt or my wifes
