Hi, We applied for citizenship (paper-based) in late October 2022. I could see that the package reached Sydney, NS. Still, we are waiting for any email regarding this or confirmation of receipt, AOR. We have yet to receive any mail either. Is it normal? Is there any way to contact them? Greatly appreciate your valuable response.

Use your UCI number, you can find it on your PR card

Thank you very much! Using this link, I could see that my application was received on October 21. However, I could also see that my address is incorrect (same address as when I became PR). I have just updated my address. Do you know if I will receive future correspondence via email and mail for the paper application? I am afraid that AOR was mailed to the old address. I am pretty sure that I have not received any email regarding this. Thank you
If you have included an email address in your application you should receive an AOR via email. Check your spam or junk mail some times it sits there.
Does your ECAS status indicate that IRCC had sent an AOR?
Thank you! Yes, I have included an email address in my application. I checked my spam and junk carefully. No, ECAS status shows "application received". Any idea how long it can take to get AOR via email. Application received date was October 21, 2022.
In my case it took a month to receive an AOR, yet sometimes ECAS is not up to date. I would recommend you calling IRCC for clarification and status check.
According to status check IRCC are sending AORs for applications received in December 2022

I call them at (888)242-2100, enter the UCI number, reach citizenship status inquiry or information about citizenship application and request to speak to an agent.
