citizenship application,missing visa

Hi all!
I'm gathering my documents to apply for citizenship. I'm working on collecting photocopies of my passport and travel documents I used in the last 5 years since 19 of June 2014. I've noticed I'm missing one visitor visa. Last one I have ended on the 20th of May 2014. Then I received confirmation of permanent residence COPR in my email (22nd of July 2014) and landed as PR on the 5th of August 2014. As I remember I have extended my last visitor visa but I have no track of it, the document probably got lost and my CIC account got revoked for some reason. I have 2,5 months not covered.
Now my question is, will it affect my application if I will not provide the document? There is an option to write an explanation if I cannot provide one of the documents. CIC got access to all my visas and everything.. Should I call the help center and try to access my closed account? Please let me know what you suggest. Thank you

Just explain it as best as you can. IRCC will have access to any of your old visas and applications, so they can easily corroborate.

I'm just not sure how strict they are and I don't want my application to be refused.
