A quick question, an applicant missed mentioning a visit to the UK in question 8 (IMM5669). Now filing for citizenship application where they have asked for the immigration history in question 13. What to do about this UK visit now?

. I would suggest posting in multiple places, not only this forum, if you need an answer right away/ASAP. I'm part of several Facebook groups, and sub-reddit, for that reason. It is possible you may get your answer quicker on those. Just a suggestion.
