HiHi, Did it work for you?
Hi,Hi,
I called the school to ask for school records and I was told "what do you mean?" does anyone know if the document has different name?
Hi,
This is the Email which I have sent to my son's school:
"Kind Attention XXXX,
Good Morning.
The School Record of XXXX is required as a supporting document (ID) for applying for the Canadian Citizenship for XXXX. Could you kindly let me know what are the procedures to get the school record?"
and I got his school record after 1 week.
Good Luck
Neither see I but PR Card could be the most obvious ID with the name and photo on it. I do not know what school record could possible have a photo on it.PR card.
I might be blind but I was looking at the checklist and didn't see I am mandated to send a copy of the PR card.

Also, confusing is the request "Biographical page of Passport(s)/Travel Documents of the child" in p.1.
What documents are required?
and the same passport again :
"For a child under school age, identification such as:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...izenship-minors-under-18-years.html#CIT0003E4
- a passport page containing his or her photo and personal details... " in 2. Two (2) pieces of the child’s personal identification.
Interesting to know. Thank you for clarification.A PR card is (usually) not accepted as an identity document by IRCC (because it's considered a status document, not an identity document)
However, my question is about "unfulfilled conditions relating to their permanent resident status" FOR MINOR.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...izenship-minors-under-18-years.html#CIT0003E4
Does it mean he has to be present in Canada 1095 days within last 4 years SINCE he got his PR status or does it mean he merely is not in situation when he may loose his PR status?
I assume many people send it as part of the passports/travel documents item on the list. (I included mine when I made copies of the biographical pages of my passports; there didn't seem to be a downside to including it)
Hello Guys,
We got confused about minor's ID. CIC is not considering PR Card and Passport as an ID as they have requested those documents which are mandatory with the application of minor. For my son, we have his Health Card (Alberta) as 1 piece of ID and I have requested for his School Record which we would get by next month. But none of these IDs have his Photo on it. In this case what should we do?
I am thinking about taking 1 ID for my son from the Registry but I am not sure they will provide an ID for a minor.
Please share your thoughts.
Thanks
