Citizenship application lost

Hello,

How long does it take to receive back our application from cic,
I just called them and they said we don't see you applied for citizenship and it means we send it back. (They are sendibg AOR for novembre 28 applicant
Really i Don't believe them and i'm frustred cause maybe all my confidential information about me my Life everything is in nature and they are not able to give me an aswer if they really send it back it not
I live in montreal,

Your application has been received at the Case Processing Centre in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Citizenship and Immigration Canada officials will review your application and the required documents and citizenship fees to ensure they meet the minimum processing requirements.

I believe that your file is fine and will be IP soon, my advice is to wait till after the Christmas vacation. especially as every step in citizenship application trip takes time.

All what i have is AOR from Canada post

Since Canada post confirmed that Sydney office received it. Now the only thing you have to do is to wait for IRCC to response (sending the IRCC AOR). Good Luck!

I am a new member to this group, sent my application on March 16th and received on march 20th.
Spoke with CIC agent and they couldn't find my application, a case was opened to track the application. I sent it using Canada Post Express Post to their Courier address. Canada Post agent informed that the package was delivered in large volume mail room.

Any thoughts if I need to resend the application ?

It can take up to 5 months sometimes to acknowledge the receipt of your application, be patient
