It's just form to confirm and sign that you don't have any criminal/legal issues inside of Canada or outside.
Elie can correct me since I dont have the document anymore.

I received this document with my test invitation by email. That is why I was asking. Yes I am Lebanese, why you asked? How u know I am Lebanese

I have got my citizenship exam date for 14 Dec 2017 in Ottawa Ontario. My question is :- i want to change date/time of exam. How to do it .. tried call center. Is there any call center or helping form for that.

I received the letter on 24 november 2017 and i did my fingerprint in the same day. i am waiting for any news but i found in their letter the reason for fingerprint request because after reviewing my biographical information in the application form may be i am subject to case 21 and 22 which refer to criminal activities . i don't have any criminal record in my life and this is the first time i make fingerprint in canada . i don't know if this is a standard letter or the reasons is case by case

Hi friends, finally the day came for my test n I got 20/20. I would suggest who re waiting for their test turn, start reading discover Canada thoroughly n understand the meaning. The test was not easy unless you understand the book. Please update the excel sheet.
