Hello,
Apologies if i am duplicating the post here.
Say, we have applied 1st time for Citizenship application assuming posted the bunch of forms/documents on 2nd Oct'19.
How do we get acknowledgment if any? Through email or we need to login? if login, where to login exactly?

thanks in advance

AOR is taking around 80 days for many people at present.

If you gave an email you may get an email, but it may also come via Canada Post.

Be sure to check you junk mail often, as many people get it in there!

I think every single email I’ve had has been from a different email address to! I whitelisted the root but can’t mark a random address as VIP on my phone :(

Just curious, you landed in Jun-16 and applied citizenship on Jan-19, you got accepted too. Was no the stay period 1095 days as I was only able to get that stay form after Aug -19

You can accumulate up to one year with days counted half, before you become a PR.

Correct. I had almost 2.5 years on a work permit, minus about 4 months travel (leisure and business) but I cleared 365 days from that.

Was actually eligible about last September (again, travel) but for a number of factors didn’t get the application in until Jan.
