Hi,

I am completing my wife's citizenship application. I have 3 questions and I contacted CIC but they did not want to provide a clear answer.

- On CIT 0002 - question 6F. They are asking if the applicant has any permanent resident status or equivalent in any country other than Canada. My wife is a citizen of another country and we already provided the information 6C. Do we need to provide here too or do they refer any other country where she may have a permanent resident status other than the country where she is citizen?

- On CIT 0002 - question 9 J- They are asking income tax information. Taxation year, Required to file (Yes/No) and Taxes filed (Yes/No). For 2016, we have not filed the taxes yet. Do we need to answer required to file as "Yes" and Taxes filed as "No" ? This is what I have been told by CIC, however I don't want to have any issue. We did not file it yet, but we'll file by end of April as required. There is no explanation section so we can advise. Any thoughts?

- My wife has a CLBA assessment from Acces Employment (Non-Profit government funded program) and CLB Participant Report where she attended and achieved results 7-9 by end of the program. Her report card has both entry scores and exit scores. Is this something they can accept for Language requirements? Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance,
