It’s a bit confusing. I’m in Saskatchewan but my file is being processed in Winnipeg. I think they have one system. When did you get decision made and oath?

Each oath has its own arrangements. Mine was with Saskatchewan.

I just checked the tracker and Oath is scheduled for March 15. DM was March 3.

If they say we are transferring you wait

If they say sorry we have too many calls, try calling again and again

I had my ceremony on Feb 2 and got certificate on Feb 24

When u call them ask them if they received your citizenship oath form and if certificate was mailed

Quick update - Just checked my CIC citizenship tracker and it states I have been scheduled for Citizenship ceremony on Mar 28th. I have not received any document or email explaining the time/location and other pertinent info or instructions regarding same. Do you receive the letter via mail or email ?

My oath ceremony is scheduled on Mar 23rd on the portal but no instructions in the email yet.
