Haha stupid waiting game. still not received cert for 6 weeks. I wish they gave applicants option to get it delivered in express mail even we will pay for it. Does not make sense when cert of citizenships are sent by regular mail lol.

I m in touch with someone else who did same day oath and he called again today and ircc suggested send solemn declaration form to Sydney office and wait for another 6 weeks

I haven't been active on this forum since our PR application, so just wanted to contribute with our citizenship timeline.
Application sent from SK in August 2020, AOR Jan 13, 2021, citizenship test Nov 2021, decision made Dec 29, 2021. Waiting on Oath invitation. This was smooth process compared to PR which took us 18 months through EE, all completed in 3 months and then it took 15 month for security screening

They told me Jan 6 was last background check and DM Jan 10

I sent mine last thursday and it was mailed out the next day. I hope to receive it soon even with canada post delay.
