Any update ? One guy from fb told me this

I just had a phone conversation with ircc. The certificates were mailed out on November 25. If it's not received by January 06, we will need to sign a solemn declaration and wait upto another 6 weeks for the new certificate to arrive

I called ircc today wait time was only 13 minutes and lady on the phone told me that ircc received ur oath affirmation form on Dec 17 ( but I sent it same day on November 24 ) and she said certificate is mailed out and its a delay from canada post bcz they are busy in holidays and it was sent through regular mail so may it will take time and advice me keep checking my mail box
