Hi,
The passport office address is 1870 Albert Street.
I made an appointment though but it was very easy.
You just have to fill out the form and they will call you within 48 hours. They called me on a Wednesday and the appointment was made for the following Tuesday, so it worked good for me.

I didn't request for urgent processing so they will mail the passports to my home. It takes around 2-3 weeks for them to mail it.
The only bad part about it was that the officer was kind of in a a bad mood. It killed my "getting my Canadian passport" spirit. I guess he was having a bad day...

Hey guys
Just last update, got my application status as "closed as approved " today morning. I had my oath on 3rd nov. I know quite a few of us had the ceremony on 3rd. Anyone else git the updated status?

Nate had on 6th too I believe. You can ask him what his progress bar is showing! Am guessing it's caz it was on a weekend plus there was a stat holiday in the middle of the week. Chances r that you will get the update Today. Good luck

Thanks for your response. So I called the customer service for my own peace of mind and the very nice agent confirmed that they received my oath form and that my certificate has just been printed but hasn't been mailed out yet. She said it should be mailed out in a day or two and that they're just waiting to do that before updating my application to closed.
