Did you travel a lot or are you claiming days before PR? When your application is marked ‘Complex’ then there is no timeline for you. Only God knows when they will process it. With this, they have the excuse to keep your file for long. Just stay back and forget about it for sometime. I hope you here from them soon.
Did you tell them you'll be traveling soon and would need to get a passport ASAP? The last update on my application was oath completed but the application is not closed yet

Nopes. I told them I am not travelling anytime soon. It's just general processing time for me. Give it a couple of days , urs will show completed too. Although I have heard in some cases they didn't receive the signed doc that we had to send. They will call u if thats the case with u. All the best
Thanks for your response. So I called the customer service for my own peace of mind and the very nice agent confirmed that they received my oath form and that my certificate has just been printed but hasn't been mailed out yet. She said it should be mailed out in a day or two and that they're just waiting to do that before updating my application to closed.
