Mine too. How long it takes to get certificate in the mail?? My oath was completed on Oct 22 and it was showing application completed on Nov 3rd, 2021 on tracker.

For people who apply your passport in Regina, you can walk in but no urgent pick up, unless you make an appointment. The benefit of walk in is the officer will take your application and scan your citizenship cert, then return cert to you (you don't need to wait your original cert to send back to you), the processing time around 2-3 weeks and your passport will courier to you by Canada post.

My current status are "In Progress except Citizenship test & Citizenship ceremony (Not started) and last updated shows as on April 23rd 2021". No progress since then, I am Nov. 2020 applicant from Regina. Can someone please shed light on?

Hi,
The passport office address is 1870 Albert Street.
I made an appointment though but it was very easy.
You just have to fill out the form and they will call you within 48 hours. They called me on a Wednesday and the appointment was made for the following Tuesday, so it worked good for me.
You can find the form here: https://eservices.canada.ca/en/service/
I didn't request for urgent processing so they will mail the passports to my home. It takes around 2-3 weeks for them to mail it.
The only bad part about it was that the officer was kind of in a a bad mood. It killed my "getting my Canadian passport" spirit. I guess he was having a bad day...

Hi Guys, I had my local MP office follow up on my application with CIC.

They returned back to me saying my application is marked as "COMPLEX" and an immigration officer needs to verify my application and hence no timeline as of now. It has been 6.5 months since I wrote my exam.

Application type: Single Applicant
Applied: June 1, 2020
AOR: Oct 13, 2020
Finger Prints received by CIC: Feb 22, 2021
Background verification completed: Feb 24, 2021
Citizenship test completed: Apr 28, 2021

Morning Saskatchewan.
I hope all is well and that some people in this group receive good news this week .
My journey is close to the end , as i had my oath ceremony on Saturday morning , with over 96 other people from 19 different countries.
its quiet a surreal event and its hard to actually believe that , i am now a Canadian citizen . after waiting for so long .
i hope to receive my certificate in the next few weeks .
i just want to say to the people that are still waiting for a DM.
Stay positive , it seems that the government is now trying to get as many applicants processed before the end of the yr .
i will keep reading and checking everyone's progress on this forum .
good luck to everyone this week . you are all a little closer to the end .
