Hi, a little update this morning. I finished my virtual oats on Sept 07 and my application closed on new tracker this morning (Sept 20). I'm waiting for my citizenship cert now, hopefully I can have it within this week.

Hi Congrats

When did u apply

there has to be an explanations on time frame for processing , its all over the place i have read people that have had there oath and applied late 2020 , and i see people still waiting and have been since 2019 ( no updates nothing )
it makes no sense at all .
its great seeing the process working , but its also disappointing that its such a dogs dinner on who and when they pick an applicant .
we have been asked to jump threw so many hoops to get to this stage , only to have a government body , drag there heels and pick at will random applicants from all across the country .
its frustrating.

I have seen many people explained (maybe not true) because 12 months processing time only apply for 2020 and later applications, so IRCC will focus on it to achieve their KPI.

I do not think it much applies for 2020

I am July 2020 and it looks like I will get it Spring 2022

so that means anyone that applied in 2019 , just have to wait for the 2020 class to graduate. and if that's what it is , tell those that have application in since 2019 !!
and what is this kpi that people talk about

KPI is key performance indicator. Technically it shows how good or bad they are this year.

In our case, KPI might be high but it does not reflect in application processing or movement

I found an old document, it explains how many applications processed, etc. Not sure if there is an updated one

Sometimes i feel like i need to be checking tracker once a month instead of every few days
