Citizenship Application From Saskatchewan

Any update for oath in saskatchewan? I did test in 1st week of April and got interview in May 12. Decision made is appeared on ecas on May 19. I donot know what happened to saskatchewan citizenship office for oath?

Most of us who have finished their interviews have been waiting for their oath. I guess everyone have been told by the officer that it will happen in next 1-2 months. So, fingers crossed.

Based on my research it was December last year.

I think Saskatoon office is overloaded with applications. Regina office is still closed and saskatoon covers the whole province

Maybe Regina office closed because they think Saskatoon office can handle everything. Saskatchewan population is very small. It's just a matter of Saskatoon office hiring more officers. And I think the officers from Regina can relocate to work in Saskatoon. Maybe we are not complaining enough. Mine application is over a year now. I am hoping I get everything done in early 2022.

You are right, but.....we all know unfortunatelly offices just process citizenship. It is whole range of applications. Hiring more in Saskatoon office might not work - it is not easy and probably long process. When i called cic agent said people might be at half time at saskatoon. So good luck to us. Nothing against Regina applicants, but it will be more fair if their applicants could be moved to offices with more officers (ontario). To add, saskatoon office becomes as slow as edmonton one

Applied in June 2020 from SK. AOR on 13 Oct, In Process on 18 Dec, FP request on 3 March 2021 and IRCC received it on 29 March 2021. IRCC Tracker shows last updated on 23rd April 2021 with everything in progress except Test and Oath.

Dont know when the next update is due in IRCC citizenship tracker.
