My husband took test on April 17 and passed 20/20, during the test , there was a window popped up for 3 times, got a ghost update on April 25 but the test status doesn't change to be completed ! And didn't see any changes. Is it normal or should contact them?

Completed my oath on August 2nd with the SK office even though my office initially was Toronto.
Does anyone know how long it takes for SK office to send out the citizenship letters these days?
Yes, my wife is waiting for oath. The decision was made on 20th July.
August 2021 applicant.
AOR 14th Nov 2021.
Test was completed in last week of April 2022.
