Hello,

I am currently filling out application form(hoping it won't get changed after Oct 4) and have a few questions about blank fields. Tried to search on this forum, but there are way too many different opinions.

1) Do I have to put "n/a" in the fields related to the questions with "if different from above", "if applicable"? What about "Minor's education ..." section?

2) I have a few empty rows at the bottom of the tables in my "Addresses... " and "Work and Education ..." sections. Should I put "n/a" in every remaining empty column or just leave them blank?

3) Should I put "n/a" in the sections that follow "if yes" sections when I answered "no" and vice versa?

4) Not related to the blank fields. Where can I find the definition of the "permanent resident or equivalent"? Is it based on physical presence in the country? Am I considered a "permanent resident or equivalent" of my home country if I haven't been living there for the last 4 years, but still have IDs that allow me to live there as a resident?

5) I took my photos at Costco and I noticed that the corners of the photos are rounded. Could it be an issue for my application? I assume, photographers at Costco are aware about the requirements(dimensions are correct and they put date/photo studio address on the back), so I hope it's not an issue.

Thank you.
