Citizenship application - Education part

Few questions
My wife did a photography course in usask continuing education for 3 months once in a week (half day). Do I have to add that in her application under education? There was no certificate given since its more like a hobby course.

Another question, she was a house wife 4 years.. What is the reason for unemployment I should give?

Final one, her name was changed by adding my name in the passport after we married. In India we dnt have name change certificate when its a name change due to marriage.. What is my option here?

In the application guide, you need to provide education records for education done
Check the education records section:

Now its upto you if you want to include it or not in the education section. If you can arrange: report cards; or transcripts; or attendance records then you can mention it.

If she was house wife, mention her as homemaker (you still need to write the exact reason of being unemployed/homemaker, same thing has been told under Q 6 F section). Now you are the best judge to tell why she was a homemaker. Find some genuine reason that you know like: unemployed because couldn't find a job or searching for a job while being homemaker or homemaker because wanted to take care of children etc etc. Now check your situation and write the exact reason that suits you.
