Citizenship Application: Days Calculation Error

Hi,

I got my PR in May 2020. My PR application was under Inland Sponsorship. But, after applying it, i travelled to my home country and i stuck there due to COVID. Meanwhile, IRCC issued the direct PR without any flagpole and In-Person interview requirements because of COVID restrictions. And I got it mailed my PR card in back home.

But, now when i am applying for citizenship and adding my absence time in year 2020. Its asking me to show my presence in Canada on the day of my PR. Which is not possible. What could be the solution?

I left from Canada in January 2020 and returned in February 2021. I got my PR in May 2020.

What does this mean - "my presence in Canada on the day of my PR "

When i am adding return date in Canada. This massage show up.
“”This date must be before or the same as the date you became a permanent resident.””
But, i as i returned after getting my PR. How can i follow this?

Cases like yours is not supported by online citizenship application. You can fill it as it's expecting and then leave Canada on the same day of getting PR. Attach a letter of explanation with your application and also have buffer in your physical presence days.
