CITIZENSHIP AOR NOT RECEIVED

I applied for my citizenship on 23rd april, 2024 and have not received any AOR. Its been more than 3 months. I sent a web form and they told me that the application is not yet in the system, how is that even possible? Its already been over 3 months.

Calling IRCC is better in such cases.
