I am applying citizenship for my daughter(5 Years).
She landed on 8 July 2015 , As on today total days are 1392 , from that she was out of country for total 209 days ( including total of 4 visits) , so her total present days in country are 1183 days. She was never out of country for continuous 183 days or more. Does she still need Police Clearance Certificate from back home?

It states that "The minor must provide a police certificate for each country, other than Canada, where they were present for a total of 183 days or more while they were 14 years of age or older during the four (4) years immediately before the date of the application."

Hi everyone, please I need your help around police certificate for my kid. He spent 250 days outside Canada after landing as PR. For most of the 250 days away, he was under 14yrs. After he turned 14, he spent only 95days before returning to Canada fully. Would he need to provide a police certificate? Thanks for all your feedbacks!
