Hello I was appaly for citizenship application 2018 it is on in process on cic. Website application receive 2018 January 06 but still I didn’t get my citizenship Test already 5 month going any idea when I will get mail for Test date or I have to call cic for Test Date

Depending with the office handling your file it can be by regular mail or an email. In my case It was done by email and the office handling my file is Edmonton.

The invite will be updated on your ecas as well.

yes make sure you have access to your ecas, it will tell you hen your file started being in process

How to know my citizenship Test Date and location they are send me mail??

Once your application delivered, confirmed by CanadaPost or whatever Post you used for it.
Wait for Acknowledgement by email.
24 Hours after Acknowledgement, you will get online access of your file, which called eCAS.
Your eCAS will show you further updates (In Process, Finger Prints, Test/ Interview, Oath..)
You will get Paper mails as well for Test date with Location and Oath Date.
