Thank you Janoo for your answers.

Hi Ryan,

my timeline as follows

Application Sent : September, 2012
Citizenship test: December 2013
RQ: Feb, 2014
CIT 0520: Feb,2015
Waiting since then.

How long does it take? I do not know. I made a request in Feb 2015. I still did not receive any response. Did you created an account before making a request? I do not know why it is taking long time. I am trying to contact to find out.

No I just did it as a guest. I am not required to provide those, yet. But I went ahead and requested an FOIA just in case. I sent my CIT0520 back today.

Remember to call CIC tmrw and tell them you're prepared to sue them. Legal threats work best with these bums.

When called CIC, they did not even looked in my file. They told me that it has to be over 36 months before then can answer my questions. But they told me that if hearing is requested then I need first to appear to citizenship officer and if he is not satisfied then I need to see Judge the same day.

I also read that if hearing is requested then CIC has something to believe that the case will be rejected. They prepare a case against me to the Judge. And most of the cases that require hearing does not end well? Is this true?

NO.. they try to resolve your residency requirement and if you are assure
that you have live in the required period than their will be no issue.

Just make sure that what you have stated in your application and
actual are match ?? if not than withdraw the application and re apply
when you are qualified.

I hope that it is about resolving the residency requirements. I crossed the border a lot between US/Canada by land. There is no stamps in my passport when you cross by land only when you leave North America or by airline.

I have a lot of day trips to USA. I did not included in my application however when I received RQ I called CIC they told me that I have to include even the day trips. So I included to my best memory and count as half (1/2) day only. Later when I received my travel history from CSBA i notice there are few discrepancies between the days in RQ and CBSA.

I have also requested entry/exit history from FOIA CBP, but I did not receive any response yet.

Hi. border...

How many days difference if different is more than 60-100 days than
difficult for the officer to approve than your application will examine by
judge than you will explain the reason for mistake and judge will decide
this will also depend on your status after you apply , if you are living
in Canada continue the judge may mercy on your application and grant..

hope for the best of luck..

Hi Janoo,

The discrepancies are in couple of days only. When I applied for citizenship I had over 100 days more than required 1024.

Yes request atip, and am sure judge are very good if you explain and
give a logic reason for mistake if any and all will be in your favour.
