CIO Sydney email asking for police checks again?

Hi all.

I got an email from cic in Sept 2014 asking for my spouse and my police records. We applied and got all the police records and sent them in Oct 2014. Then in Nov 2014, I got another email from cic asking for police records again but this time only for my spouse.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Ive confirmed through the post tracking that my documents were delivered. Should I just play it safe and send another set of police checks for my spouse?

Would appreciate any input. Thanks!

Send the copy of the PCC.

Hi ttrajan. Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately I neglected to make copies of the PCC before sending the originals out. In hindsight I obviously should have made copies for my own records

Always keep soft and hard copies Before sending PCC to visa office.
