CIO Sydney's processing arrangement is so hopeless. It definitely priorities those who applied later last year, whereas most of the backlogs from 2020 remain untouched, especially for outland applicants.
I say we share our timelines here so as to have a better understanding about what's going on:

As in tracker I can see my background, eligibility completed since 9th Jan 23. But for my dependent BGC is in progress since 9th Jan 23. Eligibility has not started yet for dependent. VO is Sydney CIO. Anyone is in same track?
