Hi,

I mailed my application from India on June 26

when do you think they will that they received my file? and when will they tell me about their decision.

I wrote a wrong email address on my application but i applied with a Representative so they should email or send mail to my rep? rite?

anyone? i mean to ask is "when will they notify me that they received my file" do they do that or only get in touch with you when giving you the 120 day letter? and also will they contact my representative or me as the rep's email is correct and mine was deactivated.

For your application sent to Sydney NS it will take few days i guess, so wait for few more days

Response time seems to have gone to about 6-8 weeks.

Did u checked if your DD have been encashed.

1) check with the courier company if your application was received at Sydney...

2) check your certified cheque.

3) wait for a few weeks before expecting response from Sydney. They are responding in 45 days average these days for applications sent in May. the time could be more for applications sent in June. just wait and watch... and then.. wait and watch...

Yes my packet was received there on 2nd JUly.

No idea about Draft been encashed or not.

If you have filed thru rep. and given him auth to deal with ur case then everything will go to him/her.
rectify your e mail address error once u get confirmation from cio.

What does this means "rectify your e mail address error once u get confirmation from cio".

Also I have sent it directly. No Rep.
