I need suggestion on police report.

I already have police reports from two different countries that I lived in more than six months in the past.
Country one police report was issued in Dec /2013
Country two police report was issued in April/2014
I have not gone back to these countries after the issuance of PCC. i.e I am in Canada since 2012.
The question is could I use these PCC or should I request new PCC from those country?
Thank you very much for your suggestion in advance.

I remember one similar case to you and the answer was, they won't ask you to get new PCC for countries you didn't visit after last PCC date.
You should send your existing PCC with your application and it will be fine. ;)

Refer to your timeline inside spreadsheet, you received EP AOR on 14 July and nothing after that. It doesn't mean your file is in Sydney, NS and they will finalize it there. It means CIO transferred your application somewhere else but your local visa office didn't send you File Transfer email. Each time you receive your Medical Request, you will see where exactly your application is. ;)

request Extensions

Please review the SINP Procedural Guidelines for information on how to request Extensions and Revisions to Nomination Certificates.

A copy of the Extension and Revision Checklist and Request Form can be found at:

http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/request-for-a-revision-and-or-extension-form

Extensions and Revisions take an average of 3-4 weeks to process once a complete request has been received.

you have to print the form , fill it, signed it and then scan it and attach it to and email (off immigration documents) and send it as soon as possible but u have to have reasons for requesting extension

Good luck :)

Thanks FSWCIO.

Any outlander can confirm the 4th point if you can see in your status updates on file transfer?
I am wondering that this is not happening for everyone. If its happening then i can assume that that file is being processed inside Canada :). I am yet to know my zone hence bugging others. ;) :D

Not yet, I am also desperately waiting for line number 4; and may be for number 5 & 6 also :P :P :P

It's a brand new ECAS system and they are still updating the whole database & the database is huge. Everything will be clear soon. ;D

Hi guys

Need some clarification. So I am a inland PNP applicant. I received my AOR and CIC has started processing my application in August 2015. My PNP nomination certificate is going to expire in October 2015. The email that I received from CIC acknowledging my receipt of payment (AOR), has the Application number (which is the file number).

Do I need to apply for extension of my nomination? Also, they have not sent any email regarding my medical. I called a physican's office from CIC's website and they are not asking for any mail or letter for verification, in order to complete the medical tests. Can I go ahead and do them, as they are valid for a year?

Thanks.

I am outland applicant. My visa office is NDVO.

I sent additional documents on 20th july 2015 but still I am waiting for Medical Request.

Hi kminta, what additional documents had NDVO requested? Under which PNP had you applied?
