My friend got MR 8 weeks after AOR received (outland)

did he got a mail for the visa office before the MR?

For OUTLAND applicants:
Latest Direct EP AOR was received on 05 AUGUST 2015, Application received by CIO on 26 MAY 2015.

CIO Processing Time: 71 days.

It seems CIO filled the gap of sending EP AOR for Inland and Outland applications. Both Inland and Outland applicants whose files received by CIO on 26 MAY 2015 already received their EP AOR.
It means Outlanders from 28 or 29 MAY should wait couple of days until CIO process Inland's applications for 28 & 29 MAY and they can receive their EP AOR as well! ;D

If they really want to reduce the AOR time gap between inland and Outland applicant than why did they created it. Doesn't make sense how their work pattern is..

Yes, I think so. They are working on students visas along with some backlog from FSW2014 and the whole process in many visa offices slowed down in July & August.

Can u tell me that i applied to manitoba as a provincial nominee and after my sponcer interview they asked to submit my documents to cic,sydney (in LOA).
in LOA they wrote to cic that "the applicant has education,training and extensive work experience to be employable as a microbiologist in manitoba. Applicant also has the confirmed support of a friend in manitoba and no apparent ties to other provinces of Canada.On these basis, the applicanr stands to establish successfully and make a positive contribution to the economy of the province."
Can you tell me that they transferred my file as a FSW or it was a normal procedure of mpnp?
Your help would be appreciated.......

I received my nomination from SINP and don't know much about Manitoba workflow but I know what you can see inside your LOA is default and preset content and only your personal information change in that letter and other information will be same to other Manitoba applicants. It means other applicants who received their LOA from Manitoba also have those information inside their LOA letters. If you applied under PNP and you received your LOA and applied in CIO then you are among PNP applicants not FSW. I think those information in your LOA help your immigration officer to assess your file easily with enough confident from your province that you will live and work inside Manitoba in the future.

Hello victor papa my ecas showing in process from one and half month I didn't recived Mr yet even not any document reqst from NDVO ..when I can recived Mr is any problem in my file that's why I didn't recived Mr and is I missed any mail but I cheak regular
