Hope you are keeping well. I am interested in getting CPA Canada membership through CIMA-UK route. Information regarding CIMA CPA mutual agreement is mentioned on the link below

I have a query regarding the Application for Membership Form attached there. On page 4 of the form where it says "SPONSOR INFORMATION" Part J it is required to be endorsed by CPA member so what are the alternate options available as I do not know anyone who is a member of CPA/CMA/CGA Canada.
I tried contacting CPA/CMA Canada via emails and phone but no body replied to my emails and their customers service team does not have any clue about it.
Can anyone shed some light on my query.
