Where would this session be in Hyderabad? What is this UIC? Do you mean Application Number?

I am not sure about the place where it would be held. I just know the date as of now. Once I get to know the venue I will let you know.

UCI no - Unique Client Identification no. You could email to this id - CPC-CTD-OTTAWA@CIC.GC.CA to get your UCI no.

Once You get that info, you could mail the same to info@ciip-accc.in to register for this session or any other further sessions that would be held in hyderabad.
