For those who had a breach in confidentiality(their personal information disclosed to unauthorized parties), I believe the right course of action is to contact the Privacy Commissioner. Their contact information can be found the CIC website or if you have ever ordered GCMS notes, the link should be included. This probably what your MP would do or ask you to do.

If you are still in process, something to keep in mind is heavy handed tactics can annoy a visa officer and you don't want that.

Alright thanks for that info or else his PR will proxy go to waste cos he was planning to land and settle in May..

You dont need to provide and email, and if you do you can call and have the email address invalidated. I'm old- fashioned so i prefer to get important documents in the mail, not email, so thats how I did it.

I have applied for TRV for workers, But when I receive my passport with stamp on it, it says Visitors instead of Workers. Is there anything I need to concern about that?
