I was able to get through with immigration call center 3 times in a row this morning. Not very likely but I tried another way to get to them using different options.

Family sponsorship line is usually jammed 99.9% of the time.

IRCC oddly called me this morning asking for feedback on their customer service.

I suggested they improve their long wait times and fix MyCIC correspondence!

Yup its a real pain....i call them as little as i need to. Each call was 25 minute wait. Long journey but you made it through

Last time I had to call the CIC I called them at 6am my time (as soon as they opened) and I was still on hold for 15+ minutes.

Haha that's actually pretty funny, how many times did you call them? I've called them 3 times now and seems as though they keep track of every call made, info given and asked.
