CIC website technical issue

Hello all,
I have created my Express entry (Canadian experience class) entered my details checking everything twice. But when I submitted my score shows out as "0".
Breakdown of points shows zero too. And it says I am ineligible to apply. I've reported a technical issue but haven't heard anything back.
Did anything similar happened to anyone here ?
If so please let me know.

Maybe wait for it to be 'transmitted'. It might take several minutes.

It already got transmitted and all my details are seen as locked. Then I received a message in my account that I am not eligible.

You may have made a mistake while filing your information if you know for sure you're eligible. Maybe double check your work history or validated job offer section.

Yes , I've double checked all the details . The break down score in my application for different sections doesn't show anything either. If I entered anything wrong then maybe I should see the score for atleast the correctly entered sections right ?
But I see "0". And nothing in breakdown score .
