My recent experience with the cic website has been nothing short of nightmarish. The logins do not work half the time, and the website will log you out abruptly for no reason. Also, every time you login, it will ask you the same questions again. I had to login no less than 25 times to submit 5 documents for my visitor visa. Then towards the end, the system deleted my 'purpose of visit' document from the uploaded list. No more buttons were available to submit this type of document again. So I had to submit it under 'letter of explanation' optional document.
I can't believe they have such a dysfunctional system on cic.gc.ca. Please share your experiences with the application submission process.
