CIC WebSite Down again ?

With the latest update on OINP Technical Glitch I tried to Delete my OLD Express Entry Profile and Create a New One ....

But I got a error Message saying the Site is Down ...

Does any one else have the same issue ?

Yup I tried that

Logged out of the Account ... Cleared the Cache and History ... Logged Back in ....

But Still the Same Error
