CIC WEB PAGE - PROBLEMS WITH ONLINE APPLICATION! HELP PLZ!

I tried to submit my student application on june 4th, i had found several problems while uploading each .pdf file in each section. Finally, when all of them were uploaded i tried to make the payment, when i received a notification saying "transaction not completed" reason: several times trying. I tried to do it a second time on june 5th and i received the same warning. I have enough founds on my credit card to make the payment, i have called my bank and they said there is no problem with my credit card availability.

I tried today to delete that application and make a new one when i received an error saying that the web page wasnt available!

I checked on twitter and theres no post related to a web maintenance.
COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME? WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT MY APPLICATION ONLINE IN ORDER TO HAVE SUCCESS? MY CLASSES WILL START IN APROX 2 MONTHS AND IM DESPERATE!

Dear Friend,

CIC's website can have problems that they may not be aware of yet. They will work on it for sure. My suggestion would be to delete the application already created and wait till next Monday. If it does not go threw, please call the CIC helpline and ask for alternative ways.

On the other hand, do you have multiple profiles on the CIC website. If yes, then it can be a issue due to that. I am just guessing. Normally its the site and not our fault.

Thanks for answering so quick.
I have only one profile.
I sent two mails already to the CIC.
And yes... i believe is not my fault, trying to do everything as they asked.
