My AOR is 21 st June.
I just got the query like this

You have provided a letter of employment from XXX signed by XXX, Mechanical Design Supervisor and a letter of employment from XXX signed by XXX. The content and structure of both letters appear identical. I have concerns that the letters were written by the same person. As such, I have concerns that the letters were not written by the signees and may not represent a factual representation of the duties you perform at the above noted employers.

actually both letters were 100% true .
so anyone has any idea what can I do in this situations?

I submiited another letters from my current and previous supervisor stating "previous letter was issued and signed by me".
they accept it and I got PPR.

I have a 1 year experience as an employee (designation-manager) on my father's small sole proprietorship firm after masters.
First 4 months, I use to take salary in cash and rest 8 months, i took salary in my bank account.
My roles and responsibilities fall under NOC 0.
1. My question is that if the reference letter is provided/made/signed by my father, would it solve the purpose.
2. It is a very small firm whose turnover is not more than 30 lakhs p.a. and my salary is 15,000 p.m.
3. Will VO accept this kind of experience whose company has no website and it operates at a small level and also the salary is also less and also any Indian father can provide reference letter to his son/daughter.
4. Without the website if the firm, how will they verify that the work experience is genuine or not and the firm actually exist or not.

PS: I am genuinely working currently at my father's business as an employee but if I look at the above questions, I still doubt that do i really work according to CIC or not???
EDIT: I have my income tax returns, offer letter, bank statement (that the salary is actually credited every month), salary slips can also be arranged.

Can you please answer especially question 3 and 4.

If you are self employed then I would research another thread on this forum. There is a ton of documentation regarding self employment, and yes you can still apply for the PR...But there is a different protocol and altogether different set of documents that need to be uploaded. HTH!

Hello Guys, i am yet to get the reference letters done from my previous organisation. The issue is that the manager, with whom i have worked has moved to some other organisation. Is it ok to get a reference letter from him even though he is not a part of our common organisation now? I tried approaching HR and other colleagues in that previous organisation of mine but they are not willing to provide me this letter. Please help me out as it is a bit urgent.

Also, please suggest ways and means of tackling the issue in case i am unable to get the reference letter from my organisation!!!
 
Hi Seniors,

I wanted to clarify a doubt. Will CHC ask my current employer about previous employers, for example, will they ask which previous company was the applicant working in? I need to understand what sort of questions are asked. I want to ensure that the verification goes well.

How can CIC officer raise objection about job history especially for OID Applicants? We don't send any educational and Job Reference letters related things at CIC stage. As well, due to heavy work load, CIC officer generally can't open Provincial related issues. Actually this is the Provincial government responsibility.

Background Check by Visa Office

What a gibberish post. Guys don't believe in this poster. Visa officer never have a site visit. Background check works on various factor and there are a various database which works for verification factor. These databases are also shared within common countries where they have an agreement. Please don't give such fake information.

Giving my case I have gone through complete security check with Stage 4 and examined my GCMS notes too.




A. Site Visit (Physical Verification)

Site visit is found to be one of the important means to tackle frauds. Visa offices do site visit for the current employer and previous employers (In case of claiming points based on skill O, A or B) of the primary applicant. The visa officer verify applicant's identity from the person who issued the referral letter, HR Manager, Colleagues, Receptionist and why not even from the security person. Last year FSWP seen visits in Punjab, Gujarat, Delhi, Karnataka, Andrapradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala etc.
