They are very intelligent, sharp eye is like a leopard. They have thousands of applications are checked. He then completed the investigation at first glance appears to be in doubt.

Because they have a lot of work load, limited staff, many backlog pending applications etc.

I dont think they are depenedent on looking only letters and making deceision

I haven't heard any this type case after getting AOR or read in any forum cancellation due to background check. Getting AOR means 80 % work done. Do u hear or read? Can I ask, why r u so worry? Is there any confusion about documents? Sorry dear, just curiosity.

It means after nomination 98% sure for PR
 
@ashuindian i have a query??? now after this sinp oid nomination how the process will go on means do we get medial request directly or it is a long procedure???
 
For PNP Phd or post grad stream, do they still check the ref letter by visiting the office in any other country???

This to inform that, it has been confirmed from Sinp they don't send any information to cic reading the dics which we send to Sinp to get nomination.

Cic checks independently
 
I have a question. I don't have reference letters I just have appointment letter will that work?
 
My AOR is 21 st June.
I just got the query like this

You have provided a letter of employment from XXX signed by XXX, Mechanical Design Supervisor and a letter of employment from XXX signed by XXX. The content and structure of both letters appear identical. I have concerns that the letters were written by the same person. As such, I have concerns that the letters were not written by the signees and may not represent a factual representation of the duties you perform at the above noted employers.

actually both letters were 100% true .
so anyone has any idea what can I do in this situations?
Did anyone get same query like this?

If both letters are accurate and genuine, you should send an e-mail/letter re-stating the accuracy and authenticity of both letters and asking them to verify by contacting the employers, visiting the offices or inviting you to an interview. It is not your fault that both letters are similar if you didn't write them. However, if they're almost identical and/or if you wrote them but had them signed by the employers, you should explain that. Some employers/referees are too busy/lazy to write reference letters and often ask the employees to draft them. If that was what happened in your case, then state that. Always better to be truthful with CIC.

Just out of curiosity, did you send job reference letters to CIC after receiving PNP nomination? If yes, why?

No I havent applied for PNP . I have directly applied for EE.
But thank you very much for your reply. I am also thinking to do same.
