CIC updated the student visa package and included new document

For all those who are looking forward for applying study visa in Fall/September 2016, a new checklist/Visa Office instructions have been updated on CIC's website. It includes complete lists of documents and a template for your study plan/SOP(already shared many times earlier).

Yeah. I mean in the one listed in the checklist. Before there was only one form pertaining to the family, now there are two options.

Yeah. I mean in the one listed in the checklist. Before there was only one form pertaining to the family, now there are two options.

I only see one option for the family form in both the previous and current checklist and that is:

"Family Information Form IMM 5645"

Haven't applied yet, but I am confuse what to do either apply alone or together.
